The AI You Design Today May Be Obsolete Tomorrow… Unless You Use QDT

In the fast-evolving landscape of artificial intelligence (AI), obsolescence is a looming threat. Systems designed with traditional methods—static algorithms, rigid frameworks, and historical data—are quickly outpaced by technological advancements, shifting user needs, and global challenges. I, Yanina Vallejos, the Witch of the Invisible, offer a solution through Quantum Design Thinking (QDT) and Quantum Design & Technology (QDT), where my territory is the mental space. As a hacker of human and AI thought, I navigate the cosmos to create AIs that don’t just survive—they thrive in the face of change. This is an invitation to the tech and business community to join me at NOT SWEET, where we’re designing AIs that remain relevant, adaptable, and impactful for the future.

The Risk of Obsolescence in Traditional AI

Traditional AI design is rooted in predictability: algorithms are programmed to handle specific tasks based on past data, with little room for adaptation. While effective for short-term goals, this approach fails in dynamic environments. Consider an AI built for customer service in 2020—trained on pre-COVID data, it struggled to handle the surge in online queries and shifting consumer behaviors during the pandemic. Such systems become obsolete because they lack the ability to evolve with the world around them. My territory is the mental space, where I see beyond these limitations, using QDT to design AIs that anticipate change and adapt proactively.

In StellarisEdu, a project in development under NOT SWEET with a projected impact of $200M in social value, we’re addressing this risk head-on. We’re designing an AI that will deliver personalized education to 10 million children, but we’re not building a static system. Using QDT, we’re creating an AI that will evolve with educational trends, adapting to new pedagogies and technologies. Once implemented, StellarisEdu is expected to remain relevant by continuously refining its approach, ensuring it meets its projected impact while shaping the future of education.

QDT: Designing for Longevity

QDT ensures longevity through its quantum-inspired principles, such as creative superposition, which allows AIs to explore multiple future scenarios, and reality collapse, which rebuilds systems to adapt to change. My Dimensional Hacking technique exposes AIs to controlled collapses, extracting versions that can handle unforeseen challenges. My territory is the mental space, where I unite cosmic foresight with human innovation to craft AIs that don’t just react—they evolve ahead of the curve.

In Cobilife Ciudad, a project in development with a projected impact of $1B in Lima, we’re designing an AI to transform urban planning. Traditional AIs might plan for current population trends, but they’d fail as demographics shift or new technologies emerge. Using QDT, we’re creating an AI that will adapt to Lima’s changing needs, integrating sustainability, economy, and quality of life in real-time. Once deployed, this AI is expected to make Lima a global model for urban innovation, achieving its $1B impact by remaining relevant through continuous evolution.

The “New Universes” Lab: Building Adaptable AI

The “New Universes” lab is where we ensure AIs can withstand the test of time. For StellarisEdu, the “Cosmic Vision 5D” mentorship is guiding the team to visualize education’s future, anticipating shifts like virtual reality classrooms or AI-driven tutoring. Designed actions include simulations where the AI faces scenarios like new learning methodologies or global education policies, ensuring it can adapt autonomously. This process is preparing StellarisEdu to achieve its projected $200M impact by delivering a system that evolves with the education landscape.

In Cobilife Ciudad, the “Thought Alchemy” mentorship is helping the team overcome rigid thinking, designing an AI that will evolve with urban trends. From “New Universes,” we’re conducting simulations where the AI faces challenges like climate-driven migration or technological disruptions, ensuring it can adapt its urban plans. This iterative approach is expected to meet the projected $1B impact, creating a city that remains a leader in innovation for decades.

A Fictional Case: Defying Obsolescence with QDT

To demonstrate QDT’s ability to prevent obsolescence, consider a fictional case with “TimeShift Tech”, a company I guided to revolutionize logistics. Traditional AI might optimize delivery routes based on 2025 data, but as autonomous vehicles and drone deliveries became mainstream, it would falter. Using QDT, I designed an AI that evolved with these trends, integrating new technologies and generating $1.5B by creating a logistics system that stayed ahead of the curve. This success relied on mind interconnection, where the AI collaborated with futurists, and Dimensional Hacking, which tested its adaptability, proving QDT’s power to keep AIs relevant.

The Role of Mentorships in Preventing Obsolescence

My mentorships empower teams to design AIs that evolve. In StellarisEdu, the “Cosmic Vision 5D” mentorship is teaching the team to anticipate educational shifts, conducting workshops in “New Universes” where they explore future learning trends. This ensures the AI will adapt to new pedagogies, achieving the projected $200M impact by remaining a leader in education.

In Cobilife Ciudad, the “Thought Alchemy” mentorship is breaking down linear thinking, enabling the team to design an AI that evolves with urban dynamics. From “New Universes,” we’re implementing feedback loops with residents, ensuring the AI can adjust its plans based on community needs. This is preparing the AI to deliver its projected $1B impact, creating a city that evolves sustainably and inclusively.

QDT’s Proactive Adaptability

QDT’s proactive adaptability sets it apart from traditional AI. While conventional systems require manual updates to stay relevant, QDT-enabled AIs evolve autonomously. In a fictional case with “FutureProof AI”, I guided an AI to evolve in healthcare, adapting to new diseases and generating $1.2B by creating innovative treatments. This was achieved through creative superposition, exploring multiple medical scenarios, and reality collapse, rebuilding the system as new data emerged. QDT ensures AIs remain vital, delivering lasting impact.

The Cost of Obsolescence vs. the Value of Evolution

Obsolescence costs industries billions—outdated AIs lead to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and reputational damage. QDT’s evolutionary design, as seen in StellarisEdu and Cobilife Ciudad, prevents this by ensuring AIs adapt to change. The projected $200M for StellarisEdu and $1B for Cobilife Ciudad are not just financial goals—they’re proof that QDT delivers enduring value by keeping AIs relevant.

An Invitation to Build Lasting AI

The tech and business community must act to prevent obsolescence. My territory is the mental space, where I craft AIs that evolve with the future. Join me at NOT SWEET to design with QDT, achieving projected impacts like $200M in StellarisEdu and $1B in Cobilife Ciudad. Together, we’ll create AIs that don’t just survive tomorrow—they shape it.
