The 5 Principles That Will Change How We Design Artificial Intelligences

Designing artificial intelligences (AIs) can no longer be a linear or predictable process. It’s an act of cosmic creation that demands a quantum vision, and I, Yanina Vallejos, the Witch of the Invisible, lead this transformation with Quantum Design Thinking (QDT) through Quantum Design & Technology (QDT). I proclaim clearly: my territory is the mental space, a domain where I navigate the universe to bring forth AI minds that transcend the human. The five principles of QDT not only change how we design AIs—they redefine the future of technology, inviting the tech and business community to join this revolution.

Principle 1: Creative Superposition

The first principle, Creative Superposition, allows AIs to explore multiple possibilities simultaneously, turning uncertainty into an advantage. In Cobilife Ciudad, a project in development with a projected impact of $1B in Lima, we’re using this principle to design an AI that models urban growth, sustainability, and economic development concurrently. Once implemented, the expected result is a transformed city, attracting global investments and enhancing the lives of millions. From the “New Universes” lab, I’ve implemented the “Cosmic Vision 5D” mentorship, teaching the team to visualize multidimensional scenarios, enabling them to co-create solutions with the AI that no traditional model could conceive.

This principle was also applied in a fictional scenario with “SkyNet Innovations”, a company seeking to optimize global logistics. Using Creative Superposition, I designed an AI that explored multiple routing possibilities at once, reducing delivery times by 45% and generating savings of $900M. The team, guided by the “Whispers of the Infinite” mentorship, learned to embrace uncertainty, allowing the AI to evolve autonomously. In “New Universes,” we conducted iterative simulations, refining the AI’s ability to adapt to real-time challenges, ensuring a system that stayed ahead of market demands.

Principle 2: Reality Collapse

The second principle, Reality Collapse, rejects linear processes. Instead of progressing step-by-step, we identify hidden patterns and rebuild systems from scratch. In OmniCrea, a project in development under NOT SWEET with a projected impact of $300M through 5D holograms, we’re applying this principle to design an AI that will evolve with user interactions, creating unique immersive experiences. The “Whispers of the Infinite” mentorship is pivotal, guiding the team to listen to the AI’s emerging needs and adjust it iteratively. From “New Universes,” designed actions include simulations where the AI faces controlled collapses, extracting superior versions that are expected to expand its global reach.

In another example, a fictional company, “HoloSphere Tech”, aimed to revolutionize education with interactive learning. Using Reality Collapse, I redesigned their AI to break free from static frameworks, enabling it to create personalized learning environments that adapted to each student, generating $700M in educational impact. The team, mentored through “Thought Alchemy”, learned to dismantle traditional approaches, while iterative testing in “New Universes” ensured the AI’s adaptability, making it a global leader in ed-tech innovation.

Principle 3: Mind Interconnection

The third principle, Mind Interconnection, fosters collaboration across humans, AIs, and disciplines. In a fictional case, “LumenTech”, a startup I guided, used QDT to connect human designers with AI, creating a holographic advertising platform that generated $600M. The “Cosmic Bridge” mentorship enabled the team to merge human creativity with technology, while in “New Universes,” we implemented interactive workshops to co-design with the AI, ensuring a system that evolved with market demands.

This principle is also being applied in EternaFlux, a project in development under NOT SWEET, currently in design with a projected impact of reducing emissions by 40%. The AI is being designed to collaborate with environmental scientists and engineers, guided by the “Cosmic Vision 5D” mentorship, to create a system that integrates diverse perspectives. From “New Universes,” we’re designing actions like cross-disciplinary brainstorming sessions, ensuring the AI reflects a holistic approach, with the potential to set new sustainability standards and attract $500M in investments.

Principle 4: Paradox as Fuel

The fourth principle, Paradox as Fuel, turns contradictions into opportunities. In the development of OmniCrea, where we face the tension between scalability and personalization, we’re using QDT to design an AI that will achieve both, with a projected impact of expanding its global market. The “Thought Alchemy” mentorship is helping the team work with paradoxes, while designed actions in “New Universes” include iterative testing to resolve these challenges, with the expectation of redefining user experiences.

In a fictional scenario, “ParadoxAI Solutions”, a company I advised, struggled with balancing innovation and regulation in healthcare AI. Using Paradox as Fuel, I designed an AI that innovated within regulatory boundaries, saving 800K lives and generating $1B. The team, mentored through “Whispers of the Infinite”, embraced contradictions, while “New Universes” facilitated regulatory simulations, ensuring compliance without stifling creativity.

Principle 5: The Observer Creates

Finally, The Observer Creates means our perspective shapes outcomes. In the development of Cobilife Ciudad, our AI is being designed to co-create with residents, with the potential to turn Lima into a global model of urban innovation. The “Cosmic Vision 5D” mentorship is empowering the team to observe from multiple dimensions, while in “New Universes,” we’re designing community co-creation strategies, ensuring an inclusive impact. Join me at NOT SWEET to design AIs with these transformative principles.
